I was expecting more from a one-star Michelin restaurant. When the first question from your waiter is "hey guys, what would you like to drink", we question whether he has ever been to a hotel school and learned how to greet clients! Not all staff spoke good English. The English menu had spelling mistakes, even a tiny "wiht" vs. "with", raises questions about attention to detail. We got very detailed information on tasting menu and a la carte list prior to our order, but when dishes arrived, there were no further information provided. When we thought it was the norm at the restaurant, we got detailed info only with dessert! No consistency! The food was very good, we enjoyed the fish dishes very much. Yet, when it comes to service certain level of attention to detail was missing. The staff was very young, we thought may be due to economic difficulties in Spain (45% of young population is jobless), hotels and restaurants are turning to unskilled (and cheap) talent to fill positions. I would not go again.
